Amidst the tranquillity of Domes Lake Algarve, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel renowned for its private lake and stunning views of Vilamoura Marina, Estrella brings the style of global street food to the Atlantic coast of Southern Portugal.
This new restaurant embodies Estrella’s motto, “You Got the Spirit, Don’t Lose the Feeling,” adding a dynamic, soulful dimension to the signature culinary concepts of Domes.
With a capacity of over 200 guests right in front of the lagoon, Estrella will serve an inspired menu that marries the rich culinary heritage of Portugal with its playful and innovative approach. Known for introducing the concept of brunch in Greece, Estrella’s new menu exclusively for domes marries high-end street food with local Portuguese flavors. Highlights include creative inspirations from the group’s chefs such as the Prego do Lombo em Bolo do Caco (Beef Fillet Sandwich), a variety of delicious tacos, several options, fresh fish ceviche, and the signature desserts that made Estrella famous in the world’s culinary press.
