The Estrella Group, which includes the Estrella World Street Food and Surfer Maya restaurants (a total of 14 establishments), is delighted to announce its collaboration with internationally acclaimed chef Asimakis Chaniotis, who will take on the role of Executive Chef of the group.
Asimakis Chaniotis is distinguished for his exceptional career in gastronomy, being the youngest chef in London to receive a Michelin star in 2017 at the renowned Pied à Terre restaurant. This recognition was maintained in subsequent years, affirming his consistent excellence and culinary skills in the highly competitive London food scene.

In addition, Chaniotis has stood out for his innovative creations, earning the title of “No. 1 Vegan Tasting Experience” in the UK and being listed among the 30 most successful chefs under 30 in the British culinary scene.
This collaboration marks a new era of culinary creativity for the Estrella Group. Asimakis Chaniotis will play an active role in designing and developing menus for the group’s restaurants, both in Greece and abroad, enriching Estrella’s gastronomic offerings with his international experience and creative vision.

Estrella, known for its innovative approach to brunch, continues its successful international expansion. Following the launch of its first restaurant in the luxurious Domes Algarve resort in Portugal, the group plans further expansion with new locations across Europe and the Middle East.
